Taobao Singapore is kicking off its 11.11 Sale earlier than than previous years with unbeatable offers and enhanced features. This year marks the platform’s first mega sale since its launch of an English interface last month.
Since its launch in September, Taobao’s English app interface has undergone significant enhancements, now supporting direct shipping of furniture items over 30kg. Customers can now effortlessly explore a wide range of products, from fashion accessories to stylish coffee tables, all at their fingertips through the English interface.

Starting from 21 October at 8 PM, Singapore shoppers can take advantage of a myriad of discounts, free shipping vouchers and other exciting promotions running over two waves until 11 November 2024. In addition, the new English interface enhances the platform’s accessibility for non-Chinese-speaking users, offering features such as detailed product descriptions in English, Singapore Dollar (SGD) price conversion and a straightforward user interface.
Two Waves of Shopping Deals Starting Earlier This Year
This year’s Taobao 11.11 Sale is spread across two distinct shopping windows, giving customers more time to access Taobao’s best deals of the year:
Wave 1
Add to Cart Period: 14 October, 14:00 - 21 October, 19:59
Checkout Period: 21 October, 20:00 - 24 October, 23:59
Wave 2
Add to Cart Period: 25 October, 00:00 - 31 October, 19:59
Checkout Period: 31 October, 20:00 - 11 November, 23:59

Cross-Shop Discounts
Enjoy stackable discounts across different stores, for every RMB300 (approximately S$55) spent shoppers can enjoy RMB50 (approximately S$9) off, during the two shopping windows.
S$111 Off Payment Discounts
Shoppers can enjoy S$111 off purchases over S$1,000 when placing orders after 8 p.m. on 21 October, 31 October and 11 November. This offer is applicable to orders paid with participating Singapore-issued bank cards.
Free Shipping Vouchers
Redeem free shipping vouchers at midnight from 21 October to 24 October, 31 October to 11 November, offsetting up to RMB55 (approximately S$10) on the international shipping fee.
