Steps to use your Climate Vouchers at FairPrice
Step 1 (Customer) - Present your Climate Voucher(s) and proof of address to the cashier for verification. Proof of address includes bank statements, utility bills, Singpass mobile application or NRIC.
Step 2 (Cashier) - The cashier will verify your proof of address against your NEA Climate Vouchers.
Step 3 (Cashier) - The cashier will separate eligible products from the rest of your purchases to process them as a separate transaction. You can still earn Linkpoints and enjoy any ongoing and applicable discounts on this transaction.
Step 4 (Customer) - Complete your transaction by making payment on the balance due (if any) with your preferred payment mode.
Terms & Conditions:
- Climate Vouchers must be used at FairPrice manned checkout counters, electronic counters (FairPrice Xtra only) and Customer Service Counters.
- Climate Vouchers cannot be used for online purchases and Scan & Go payments or payments at self-checkout counters in FairPrice, FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Xtra.
- Climate Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers, FairPrice Group Gift Cards, FairPrice Loyalty Redemption Programme point accumulation and/or other goods and services.
