- Last day for pre-order is 5 April 2024, 12pm.
- Last day of collection at retail outlets is 10 April 2024.
- Last day of collection at One Raffles Place is on 9 April 2024.
- Full payment is required upon ordering and is non-refundable. Strictly no cancellation is allowed.
- Not available at convenience stores, petrol stations and supermarkets.

Delivery
- Delivery service is available for pre-orders with a minimum spending of $25.
- Delivery charge (outlets):
- $30 (order amount between $0 and $119.99)
- $25 (order amount between $120 and $159.99)
- Free delivery (order amount above $160)
- Additional surcharge of $10 applies for delivery to special locations – Sentosa, Marina Bay and Tuas area.
- Additional surcharge of $10 applies for delivery during festive and peak periods, from 29 March to 10 April 2024.
- Strictly no delivery service to Jurong Island, Army camps, restricted areas, and cargo areas.
- Delivery time slots: 7am to 9am*, 9am-11am, 11am to 2pm*, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm.
