Participants must then proceed to scan the QR code (or go to https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1q6HFSX13OjS-6Bj9WBlZaekofuXrwQG5wA1ZcAwOwD4) to upload their personal particulars (Full Name, Identification Number, Contact Number, Email), receipt number and purchase amount.
Every receipt for $30 spent entitles the participant to one (1) entry into the lucky draw.
Lucky Draw entry timestamp must be submitted by 6 September 2021 2359hrs to qualify.
Purchases of Cigarettes, Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards alone are excluded from calculation of the qualifying minimum spend:, statutory items (4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO).
